So far so good. The brace is sturdy and all the velcro mechanisms work well. My foot felt a good steady stretch that alleviated the pain from my plantar fasciitis instantly. Hopefully this brace proves to be a good tool to over time minimize the pain long term. All in all, a great inexpensive option compared to inserts and injections
