He did not particularly like the mattress, but only because he has a really squishy mattress at his mother’s house and he does not have old people aches and pains. So I gave him mine and purchased a new queen mattress for myself. This mattress is in my guest bedroom where my mom sleeps when she is visiting. I slept on this mattress for a night while I was waiting for a replacement mattress for myself and it was definitely firm, but also very comfortable. It is squishy in the memory foam way, without losing all support like most squishy mattresses are. There is no side support to speak about. When you run your hand across the side of the mattress you can feel the different layers of foam. There is one that is convoluted, I guess for air flow. It comes in a super small package which is highly convenient for carrying. I recommend you be very cautious when you open the bag that is vacuum sealed around the mattress. If you are not cautious you will cut your mattress and that is no bueno. It is very easy to put the sheets on this mattress because of its lightweight. I of course recommend putting a mattress pad on any mattress you would like to keep for any length of time. Think of shedding skin cells, blech. So look, it is inexpensive. It is a brand that holds up fairly well in my previous experience and it will be a heck of a lot better than the $199 mattress from your local horrible mattress store. [...].
