Speakers sound great, nice clean, hard bass. Amazon's description and shipping of product was awesome and accurate, as for Infinity's part read on. One of the crossovers didn't work, contacted Infinity/ Harman and told them my dilemma. Their response was, remove and return whole speaker system, just to replace the faulty crossover. They said, "we don't replace components, just the whole system." And to top it off, I had to pay for shipping (with no refund), and there was a 14 day timeframe before I received a new set, after their tech team determined that the crossover was faulty due to poor workmanship. So, I decided to buy a two pack of crossovers rather then tear my vehicle apart again. SHAME ON INFINITY/ HARMAN, THE RETURN/ REPLACE PRACTICES SUCK!!!!!!!!!!
