This is the best almond flour I have used. It makes great muffins, pancakes and even donut holes. If you are looking for a fine textured almond flour this is it. Plus the price is comparable if not better than the store brands. Update: 9/7/16...this is still the least expensive almond flour at less than $7.50 per pound for the 5 lb bag. If you buy the 25 lb bag, which I am considering, the price is $6.40 per pound.. Keep in mind you can store almond flour in the fridge and the freezer. And if you bake or cook just about every meal like I do then this is life saver in the kitchen. I have added pictures of what I made with the almond flour so far. 10/18/20 As of today, I still continue to use this brand of almond flour. It outperforms most brands available. I finally was able to make a red velvet cake that is 100% grain free using this almond flour. It really makes a difference.
