I bought this as a UTI preventative measure. Well, low and behold I had a very bad UTI right after I had bought this that landed me in the hospital. I wanted to finish all the meds my doctor had prescribed me before mixing something else in. I finished my antibiotic and still felt a tiny tinge of the UTI but knew that it would heal with time since I have probably about a dozen plus of these in my lifetime. I remembered I had bought this and decided to give it a whirl. In the evening I added one teaspoon to my usual liter water bottle that is practically attached to me. I honestly did not have very high expectations since I have tried just about everything to aid in not getting one of these. (Diet, water intake, hygiene, supplements) I woke up the next morning with not even the slightest feeling that I had ever had a UTI. I am not saying this is a miracle worker or could replace antibiotics all together but if you have ever had a UTI you know the pain, frustration, and nervousness of going to the restroom even after you are off the medication. This relieved all of those anxieties. I am now using this as my preventative measure and mixing one teaspoon in my liter water bottle in the morning and one in the evening. It dissolves very well and barely adds any taste to my water. I am going to continue to do this and will update in the coming months. It has helped me tremendously.
