I wasn't able to get my new printer to sync with my computer wirelessly. I tried everything in the manual but could not get it to work. I finally gave up and called Cannon for help. The rep I talked to, sorry I don't remember their name, was a saint. They worked with me for around 45 minutes until we got everything working. Couldn't be happier now. Still don't know if it'll work via my phone, a little afraid to find out I guess. And yes I'm old and don't understand or care for all this modern stuff.
