Easy to use
The 1/2 inch hose puts out less water than the 5/8 inch but I knew that before I bought it. It is all the water I need for watering plants and washing cars. I like it because it so easy to use. My old hose a lot of work to get out and put away. I have two one hundred foot Stainless steel hoses on my reel and they roll up so easy. My reel would not hold two hundred feet of my old hose, I did not rate the Durability because I have only been using it for a few months.
