This is the best cooker/smoker that I have ever owned! I've done chicken, ribs, pork loin and hamburgers on this cooker. All turned out perfectly smoked and so, so moist. Its ridiculous how easy and consistent this cooker is. Don't just take my word for it. Check out the you tube videos on it. Look, I buy tons of merchandise on Amazon and I read these reviews to help me make my decision. I have never written a review on here but saw where you could now buy these on Amazon. You will not be sorry you spent this money with this company on this product. It will simply change the way you cook. No longer adjusting vents and temps. Hang it and let it go. Check out the videos on their website. They take you thru every step of using this thing. Anyway, I'm just a redneck from Arkansas that grew up in the Delta about 50 mins from Memphis. Ive seen people BBQ on everything from car hoods and beer kegs to 15,000 dollar smokers with rotisseries and surround sound stereo systems. This thing is legit! Oh and later I found out that these cookers are made in the USA by a veteran that fought for my country. I like that.
