Fantastic customer service! I bought one of these mats in the spring, and it worked very well. No need for a thermostat. All you need to do is put cardboard on top of the mat and it will even out the heat dissipation. If you want less heat, add more cardboard. I recently pulled out my mat to start some seeds for winter indoor growing. Much to my dismay, no heat was provided. I found the Vivosun website and emailed customer service. They replied in less than 24 hours, apologizing for my inconvenience. They asked for my Amazon order number, which I provided. The next day they informed me that they were sending me a replacement. I received it today, brand new and working great! This is what customer service should be. I’m very happy with my experience in every way.
