UPDATE: it’s been sometime now & this product works for me 4-6 hours of sleep & you can see I can write properly! Lol This product is excellent, for those that said it worked great then stopped. Sometimes your body gets use to medicine or vitamins etc quickly. Its all about your body and how it process's things. So your not wrong that it just doesn't work anymore. When you try another brand or even the same check the ingredients & weed out until you find one your body works with. This works great for me & i truthfully have in pothirty one years had more than two hours sleep. I had a daughter with Cystic fibrosis who recently passed away i was afraid to sleep & now she's gone i still don't sleep but i did get a good four hours in when i got this. Seems pitiful & i agree but trust me it was awesome. I'll update as time goes by & lets see if it looses its strength. So far so good 😊🙏🏼
