I started my breastfeeding journey with sore and cracked nipples, and thanks to general options on this pump was able to hill fast, and get back to breastfeeding training!!! You choose the suction power you need, I never go over 4 out of 9 possible levels (just to give you an idea). You just stick it in your bra and go do your stuff, no need to deal with hoses, wires - all easy. Very happy with it. Planning to buy other one, when go back to office.
