After months on every over the counter and prescription medication, including high steroid, antibiotic use, flushing ,allergy pills , etc, 3 MD visits, 2 Ear nose and throat docs, CAT scans, etc due to sinus infection - severe bilateral ear infection that continued to worsen to the point where surgery was the only option and I couldnt even tolerate swallowing liquids due to pain and pressure in face, head and ears. Initial dose on bottle didnt help , after revisiting reviews with recommendations for 4 pills every 2 hours for severe cases I increased my dosage. AFTER MONTHS OF SEVERE PAIN AND ILLNESS, NO LESS SIDE EFFECTS OF ALL THE DRUGS I FINALLY HAD SYMPTOM RELIEF!! The cost seemed expensive for the amount of pills but I had nothing else to loose and surgery was my last resort to relieve pressure in my ears- NOT ADDRESSING the CAUSE OF INFECTION THAT WOULD NOT CLEAR UP. HAVING A NATURAL ALTERNATIVE THAT ACTUALLY WORKED WHEN ALL ELSE FAILED IS WELL WORTH THE PRICE. I did have to take the higher dosages for a few weeks and now am weaning down , when my congestion /post drip returns , I immediately increase my dosage to more that the 2 x a day I had finally weaned down to . I found I had to keep the increased dosages until infection cleared then modify the dosage as my symptoms indication.
