I bought these to help with motivation and focus. My head has been in the clouds for a while now. I have had very little focus and drive/ambition. I am normally a person who has 10 different projects/hobbies going at one time. My mind is usually going a 1000 miles a second. For some reason in the past year I lost that drive. I thought I would give these a try. I noticed almost instantly that I started thinking about my hobbies and projects again. I would wake up and have the desire to get up and start doing things again. It was refreshing to feel that again. I took these for a few months and then I ran out and kept forgetting to order new ones. A couple months went by. I finally noticed how I had slipped back into that foggy state. So I ordered more of these. I started taking them again and felt that fog lift again. I have been on them since. I recommend these for those that feel unfocused and little to no drive. BTW...I paid full price for this product. It was not provided to me in return for a review.
