Company has reached out and is sending over a replacement to test out. The customer service is exceptional so I've upped the review to a four-star rating. Once I spend more time testing out the replacement knife, I'll report back and update review based on new experience.

The knife has a really nice weight and balance when held. Packaging looked pretty cool and high-end. However, after only one or two uses I noticed small chips forming in the blade and rust spots developing on the edge (I was only using the knife to cut veggies!). Disappointed in my purchase and will likely explore other options in the future.
