HEADACHES, JETLAG: These little drops changed my life!! I asked a nutritionist what I could take for the terrible headaches I get on planes. She was stumped, but suggested this product. I poured 4-5 drops in each water bottle during the flight and that kept the headaches away as long as I kept sipping every few minutes. If I forgot for a little longer the headache came, but immediately left again after drinking half a bottle or so. The next day was fine, no jetlag! Same in the rental car on windy mountain roads for hours on end, I did not get motion sick as long as I kept drinking water with this in it. TASTE: I put 4-6 drops in each 16 ounce bottle of water and I think it makes the water taste much better!! but try not to spill a drop on the edge on the water bottle because if you get it directly on your tounge it is VERY concentrated and it's hard to get rid of the flavor again. It's not so mauch a bad flavor as just really concentrated salty-ish. DEPRESSION: As a side effect I noticed after just a day or two the disappearance of the vague depression that was always there for no reason at all - my life is great, I couldn't understand why I always felt hangy, and 'down' before. Got more energy now, and a little clearer in thinking. TOOTH ENAMEL: Another nice side effect: I had just noticed pretty bad damage to the tooth enamel after a couple of months being hooked on a certain chocolate bar. But after just a couple of weeks of these drops I noticed it was filling in again (!) I have never heard of anything like that, but I have a habit of swishing the water between my teeth every time I drink so it must have been the drops re-mineralizing the enamel like someone else mentioned here. EYE TWITCHING: Also a nice relief was a stubborn eye twitch that disappeared. I will never be without this again! Highly recommended!
