I absolutely LOVE these gummies! As a 216lb, 5'5 curvy, newly vegan at 43, (3.5 weeks of NO MEATS so far) woman with a hunger for SWEETS ALL THE TIME LIKE NO OTHER! I can't say enough about how these ACV+Keto gummies has helped me stay away from sweets, fast from meats, keeps my energy, gives me time to actually think about what I'm going to eat and get healthy, has really boosted my confidence in being able to stay and maintain a healthy diet. My prescribed regimine is as follows: Losartin, HCG injection, vitamin c, mounjaro, and trintellex. For exercise, I do Tae Bo (Billy Blank videos 5 times a week), growwithjo videos (sometimes), Irene Mutwiri (Sundays). Just recently, I realized that I HAVE to have a protein shake with each meal to ward off the cravings for sweets because naturally, I'm a snacker not a meal eater. So, I'm still a work in progress on that side of it. But, when I take these babies, I can easily stay on course. I will definitely reorder again. I'm not going to worry about the scale as much because I'm going to measure my weight loss by if I can fit into a size 12 or 14 again. And, based on that, I'm not that far off as I am a size 16 currently because of my curves. When my hips and bum go down, I will be so HAPPY! I won't care if I weigh the same and the inches fall off. Overall, these gummies zap my appetite even though I've only been taking them for 3 days. I will repost my results after a week or two if people like my review...:-)
