I am so happy to find a heavy cream powder that doesn't contain skim milk or other additives. The ingredients state sweet cream solids...just cream. I am not a milk fan and I can't use heavy whipping cream because it's very hard to find without carrageenan. I don't use fake dairy replacements nor will I use the chemical soup labelled as non dairy creamer. I get horrible migraines so I have to be diligent in watching what I eat and drink. No migraines and I am enjoying Anthony's Heavy Cream in my morning coffee and in my afternoon matcha. It mixes easily with a frother. I like using a bit of unsalted butter too. Like the best coffee ever!!!❤️❤️❤️
