I bought this not expecting much, considering the brand name ones are almost 4-5 the price, but I was genuinely surprised. It feels very study and it feels just as good as more expensive ones! I work out a decent amount and this has helped boost me recover a lot faster than usual. It comes with a manual that helps you learn how to use it and which head to use where. Great product!
