This stuff is awesome and so underrated in my opinion. I'm pretty white with some freckles and this gives my pale skin with red undertones a nice golden tan. I've tried other, more expensive brands in the past like Loving Tan and while I can't complain from those results either, the color of that was more brown which looked odd on my white skin. I'd definitely recommend this for people with naturally lighter skin tones who want a dark tan that actually looks natural. I personally reapply this a few times throughout the week to build the tan, though oftentimes it looks darker the day AFTER you shower it off. I believe this has something to do with the erythrulose, which is an ingredient that helps develop a tan over time as opposed to the more instant results of the DHA. But I'm just a consumer so maybe that's all marketing. Either way, it definitely develops well. The fading on this is no better or worse than other tanners I've used, in certain areas it's more spotty/scaly while in others it's pretty seamless. I highly recommend using a mitt for this and all other tanning mousses (I really like the one from Loving Tan but am sure there are others as well). One of my favorite parts about this tanner that I didn't find in Loving Tan and others was that this can get wet and not show such obvious signs of drippage. I always have the issue of washing my face after having applied a fresh coat of tan (bad planning on my part) and having the water drip from my hands down my arms and creating an obvious water streak. This doesn't happen with the Jergens mousse which makes the tanning process so much less stressful. ALSO, the color doesn't rub off on clothes after you've showered which is amazing. ALSO ALSO you can apply a thin coat of this to your face and look naturally sunkissed rather than orange or uneven. Really cannot say enough good things about this product – no self tanner is perfect but this is by far one of my favorites and so reasonably priced considering. Highly recommend.
