Love love this sweater! Absolutely adorable!! I ordered a medium for a small 6lb yorkie and it's perfect!!! Highly recommend! But like other reviewers said it's made for smaller dogs so runs smaller! UPDATE: I ordered both the black and white as well as the yellow and green in a medium (the one I posted pics of) we'll tonight I accidentally dried the black one without looking at the 100% cotton tag and it came out so much smaller so after I tried to stretch it some I wanted to compare it to the yellow one in his closet, when I did I realized the yellow one they sent me that fit so well was actually a LARGE and the black was medium plus I shrank it so it was much much smaller! So for a 5-6 yorkie I'd suggest buying a LARGE not a medium :)
