Helps build muscle strength after childbirth and I no longer fear sneezing or laughing too hard. (Thanks kids. You're the best!!) This product quickly made all my skepticism vanish. I'm tempted exercise with it at work. As stated in the instructions, the bluetooth needs to be kept uncovered. If you need to walk around during exercises, keep the clothing covering light or the bluetooth will disconnect at the worst time possible. While the product is discreet and mostly quiet, I'm assuming you will draw attention to yourself if used in public. The higher settings are not as quiet. Plus I've found it easier to say "I don't know" because it's hard to explain to your kids where that weird noise is coming from. And for the love of humanity.....DON'T hug people while in use unless you want an awkward conversation. It makes your body vibrate. Almost forgot to mention.....this is a really great product!!!!!!
