THIS IS GLORIOUS... here is my review of her other DVD, and I feel EXACTLY the same way about this one.... oh my gosh, I have been searching for a work out program that I dont DESPISE for a decade. I'm 33, and just now really trying to take control of my movement and health. I've done Jilian Michaels, and Planet Fitness memberships, kettlebells, fitness blender.... you name it, I've tried it and DREADED it every single day. THIS IS DIFFERENT. This is JOY, and HAPPY, and FUN and SWEAT and ENERGY. It's AMAZING. I can't say enough. I literally smile through my workout. Not only that, but my fitbit usually showed about 150-180 calories burned with my typical HIIT or Jilian vids.... this is 350-400 calories!!! All burned joyously. I can not WAIT to dance every day... this is a game changer.... and I ADORE the instructor. I don't know her name off hand, but I want to be her friend. YOU WILL NOT REGRET THIS PURCHASE<3
