I am a side sleeper, and I often switch sides throughout the night. This body pillow is both thick and firm -- but with just the right amount of give. It's perfect for me. I'm 6'1 and it's plenty long enough for me to wrap both my arms and my legs around. I attached a series of photos showing both the length and the firmness of the body pillow.
