I bought these earbuds after buying a pair for my spouse. The moment I tried them, I can truly say I was blown away. The first pair I bought brand new for $169. This pair (refurbished) was $119. I can’t tell any difference between them. The base and treble were both better than I was expecting. Better than the wired Bose earbuds I own. The app that comes with them works great as well. There was even an update on the firmware. Surprising, but I like the idea they can be improved through updates. I normally don’t take the time to rate products unless they are really bad (so I can warn people) or it is exceptionally good. In this case the latter. Bottom line......I will buy another pair if anything bad happens to them. Amazon is very good about taking things back if you don’t like it. Trust me you won’t be sending these back. And no, I do not work for Jabra, I wasn’t given any discount or compensation for this review. I paid full price and I am pleased with them.
