Wow! I've used many different neck pillows in the past, and none worked well for me. I've traveled 5 million (actual flown) lifetime miles on various airlines (3.5MM on United alone). I recently purchased this and used it on UA 1 from SFO to SIN, a 16.5hr non-stop flight, where I was sitting in Econ+. I adjusted it to sleep to the right. Slept a solid 7-8 hours with no sleep aid medication. Did not have a sore neck or back. The support customization through the adjustable "wings" and the scarf-like wrap allowed me to get the perfect fit that was both stable and comfortable. I will use this on all long haul flights from now on!
