I have a friend at work who told me he has been taking Black Seed Oil since he was a boy, and he went on to tell me all about the miracle cures he has seen it perform. I never believe this kind of stuff because I have never experienced it. I purchase supplements that reviewers rave about and discover I cannot tell if there is any improvement or not. However, I have suffered arthritis in my knees for many years - I am 55 years old - and at times my knees really hurt badly. I also do a lot of walking because at work, I am in a competition to see who can get the most miles. Every night, I was in pain with my knees, but I just dealt with it. After getting almost through the first bottle, I maybe noticed a tiny difference, and I was not sure I would continue on, but my friend told me to buy another bottle - give it two months, he said. Less than a week later, the pain is almost completely gone. I am walking for miles than I did before, going from approximately 13/day to over 17/day and over 20 several days, and I have not experienced arthritic pain in eight days. This stuff really works!
