I waited for a few yoga classes before I could truly review this yoga mat. I have so far done 7 classes with this mat and I am truly impressed with the comfort and the weight of it. I have been using the Manduka pro black mat for years and I do love it, but it is not a mat that I like to carry to class because it is very heavy and bulky. So, I searched for a lighter mat that I could carry with more ease, and I am happy to say that the Heathyoga mat is perfect for that. I practice a few times a week with this mat and it is lightweight and very comfortable to use. It is thick enough to practice on hardwood floors with ease. I practice hot yoga and also Bikram yoga which really put this mat to the test. Of course with hot yoga and Bikram yoga a towel is needed so I don't slip. I would recommend this mat to anyone who is looking for: Lightweight and durability. Great padding. No smell. Guidelines in mat for alignment. I bought the green one and it is a beautiful color. This mat also comes with a Velcro strap and carrying strap (skinny strap) I'm very pleased with this mat and would definitely purchase again.
