This is a high-quality product. I chose this memory foam product over plastic or rubber foot rests because I can slide the item with my feet into the position I want it and adjust my feet to be more comfortable as I adjust my sitting position over long hours at the computer. That said, when I want to put my feet at an angle rather than atop the foot rest the unit stays in place and is very comfortable.
