I have been looking for a good ice pack for my back for several years to no avail. When I fell and shattered both wrists, I had no choice but to find some good ice packs very quickly. My Rheumatology nurse suggested I step up and buy some good ice packs and she suggested these. WOW!!! These are the best ice packs ever. I could actually feel the cold though my temporary casts. After surgery I could feel the cold through the actual cast. These things have longevity, too. I got a good hour on days it was nearly 100*. These are worth every penny.
