This stuff is great, but the company is even better. I am a follower of Aaron Marino on YouTube, and decided to give Pete & Pedro a try to support him and his business ventures. I initially ordered the Clay based on the online reviews and the description on the product website. Shipping was very fast, however, I wasn't sold on the product. It just didn't work with my hair (I currently have an undercut - very short on the sides and quite long on top). Add to this that I am perhaps, unfairly picky when it comes to my hair products, I decided P&P was a wash. I emailed the company and asked about refund policies. In almost no time, I got a personal response from Aaron himself, who offered to send me an alternative product to try at no cost. After describing my hair style and what I look for in a product, he sent me the putty, which i received only a few days later. This stuff is insane. It provides the high hold, while remaining flexible, at a low shine. It smells incredible. And even with such long hair on top, a small amount of this putty goes a long way. Aaron didn't have to send me a new product, at the company's expense. He didn't have to return my emails (let alone, within only hours of me sending mine). But he did, and as a result, Pete & Pedro will find continued business with me thanks to their great products, and excellent personal customer service. Thanks Alpha!
