I ordered the X-Bull 13,000lb winch on July 10,2019. The winch worked once at my home when testing. So I thought great I cam good to go off-roading and can get myself out of an issues. WRONG. The first real outing I had with a need to use the winch was 10/26/2019. I was out in the mountain and the truck would not go up the incline on its own. No problem I have a winch to help. Spooled out the line, set up the block and grabbed the remote. Click, Click, Click... Nothing, the motor did not even move. Click, Click. Ok, I tried the hard wired remote. Same thing. Started contacting X-Bull for some ideas since, well I was stuck in the woods with time on my hands. Nothing, crickets... Until 10/28/2019 They replied saying they would send a replacement relay. Great. I had gotten help and out of the woods an could wait. Tracking number was send on 10/29/2019. Awesome.. Wait the tracking number was created but nothing was shipped using it. Contacted them again 11/1/2019 asking when will it be shipped. Reply 11/4/2019 stating UPS Lost it and will order another one to be delivered. 11/5/2019 asked for a tracking number for the replacement replacement. 11/6/2019 got the tracking number. 11/8/2019 part was delivered and installed. Grabbed the remote and Click, Click, Click... Same issue. At this point I googled how to troubleshoot a winch. I direct connected the 12V power to the winch itself. Nothing, Nada, Dead as a rock. 11/8/2019 asked for the next step, this was getting old quick. On 11/11/2019 they asked for a video of how it was doing. I sent it to them so they could enjoy the Click, Click, Clicking. At this point I was asked to email 3002347182@qq.com because Amazon rules does not allow the sending of links to video. on 11/18/2019 They replied and said they could not receive the video to please send again. I sent it and now I am just waiting. To take the winch off requires removal of the steel bumper so I am excited about that step. I will keep updating this review until they replace or issue a refund for the winch. *****************Update************************* They are replacing the winch. I will update again once the new winch is installed and working.
