Sometimes yes, sometimes no...
I purchased these to help me go off sugary drinks but still wanted the caffeine for a pick-me-up, and sometimes to regulate mood. It helps. Sometimes I feel the caffeine and other times I'm not sure I do. Either way I would say I'm mostly satisfied with the purchase. Not overly joyed. Not terribly disappointed.
