Wish I could number of steaks
The quality is great but I have no idea how many steaks are going to come out of that weight. I bought 2.5 pounds thinking it was going to be 3-4 steaks and I got two really thick steaks. We should be able to put weight and number of steaks or note our preferred thickness.
