Lost my Tupperware lettuce keeper, so I spotted this version and took a shot. I'm impressed. I purchased a head of lettuce and wanted to see how it would last. I added tablespoon of water in the bottom reservoir and it has been eight days (so far) and no signs of decay. I also share it with stalks is celery...no problems at all. UPDATE: I started to see a little browning of the lettuce and celery after THREE weeks. Outstanding!
