I've always liked to write honest reviews because I know that when I am buying something I hope someone writes an helpful review that product. First off, I love this backpack, even though it was not what I expected it to be. It is cute and very useful. I bought this bag for college. I needed a bag that was useful, durable, yet stylish. The bag has lots of pockets. There are two on the side that I use for pencils,pens, and sometimes my phone. If you're looking to use it for water bottles, don't bother. It will barely fit a 33.8 oz smart water bottle, and that's only because I flipped it upside-down, with the mouth piece going in first.The pocket at the front of the bag is usual for pencils, pens, and a bulky case for my sunglasses. Its a tight fit but it still works great. The straps are clip-ons with the button, not the magnet kind which is good. On the back of the bag is a small pocket, perfect for a phone. I use it for my iPhone 5C, but its big enough for an iPhone 6. Opening the bag there is another small pocket good for headphones and phone charger. Right across are two other pockets, one with Velcro big enough to put a laptop charger, and a zippered one good for anything else you need. There is also a large laptop pocket inside. I bought this bag because I wanted a bag where I could store my 15.6 HP 15 Notebook laptop, BUT sadly it did not fit inside the pocket. I do still carry it in the bag with its sleeve on and it fits perfectly. I think maybe a Mac would fit inside since they tend to be more slim. Anything under a 15 inch should be fine. Along with my laptop I can fit 2 notebooks (about 1 subject, to give an idea of how big they are) a couple folders, my wallet and a couple other small things. It is not as spacious as other backpacks but it gets the job done for me! As for appearance, it is a lighter grey than shown on the picture. The faux leather straps are also a lighter brown but I did not have a problem with it, its still a cute looking bag. The material this bag is made of is also amazing. The bag is made of thick cotton fabric which is both comfortable and durable. The shoulder straps are also made with thick cotton material that doesn't make your shoulders hurt. I honestly loved this bag and if the laptop pocket were big enough to fit my laptop I would give it 5 stars, but it was still worth the money! This review is a bit lengthy but I just want to give everyone and idea and hopefully help someone out! (:
