Definitely More Than Dried Milk
As the coronavirus pandemic unfolded, keeping the pantry stocked quickly became a major concern, no more so than with perishable items. My wife and I are milk drinkers. We use milk in cooking and with cerials and desserts. Our normal consumption is on the order of two gallons plus per week. I began a search for a dried product, with little success. Most "non-dairy creamers" taste of chemistry. Other "powdered milk products" neither dissolve well nor taste like milk: chalk comes to mind. Red Cow was an accidental discovery. It is made of milk, period. It dissolves quickly and leaves no residue. It tastes like milk. And it doesn't go stale or sour. Yes, it's expensive, but this is a case where quality more than offsets cost. My wife and I would unhesitatingly recommend Red Cow, and have done so. We will be buying this product long after normalcy returns.
