Would you believe me if I told you I was tearing up with happiness after putting it on and wearing it for only a few hours? Well its true! I actually received this on Sunday. Opened it and had my husband help me place it properly. I have had sciatica and piriformis syndrome for a while now. I tried pain killers (killed my stomach), tens machine (helps a lot), Chiropractor (helped the lower back area and gave me great advice) enzymes (worked with the inflammation) lumbar pillows, exercises (helps a little, I was told to strengthen my core) BUT none of the above helped with my posture, the shooting pain down my leg and the pain when sitting and walking long distances until I put this on. Wearing this was the first time I didn't have shooting pain down my leg when bending over or squatting down. Sitting watching TV wasn't painful like it usually is without the brace. I was able to drive without discomfort! This brace fit comfortably under my clothes and didn't make me sweat at all. I was extremely surprised by the relief it gave me.
