I have sciatica and arthritis in my knees. I found that the only way I could continue my daily walks without pain was to wear knee compression sleeves. My first pair were from Tommie Copper and seemed to help, but the cost was too high to continue buying. When I saw these, my first thought was they can't be any good at the price they were being sold at. When they arrived I was amazed at the quality of the product and when I tried them on the amazement continued to grow. They really made my knees seem sturdy and any discomfort I had went away. Based on my leg size, I was at the high end of a small or the low end of a medium. I chose the medium and I'm very glad I did. They fit tight but not uncomfortable. I can't imagine trying to put a small size on.
