All natural...I like that. It definately polishes your teeth well. Doesn't taste as bad as other natural tooth powders I have tried, Like I said...it will polish and clean your teeth very well and the charcol and clay are supposed to absorb toxins from old mercury fillings. UPDATE : april 20 - I continue to be impressed with this product. It really shines your teeth and keeps them white. Just ordered another jar since my last one got water in it and grew mold. DO NOT allow your tooth powder to become damp or wet. Pour the powder onto your toothbrush. DO NOT put a wet toothbrush into the jar or it will mold up.
