This works wonders for hemorrhoids! As a mom of 3 kids I suffered years with hemorrhoids on and off. The past two years had been the worse with external hemorrhoids and I was eating a high fiber diet. I read reviews about this supplement and thought I'd give it a try. I started with two capsules the first day, which was a bad idea. It made me light headed within 30 minutes, but wore off after and hour. I decided to only take one for a few days then started taking two every day. After a week there was a noticeable difference in my hemorrhoids. In 4 weeks my external hemorrhoid was almost completely relieved. It's not 100% gone, but there is no pain any longer!! This is a hard topic for most people to talk about, but I wanted to share my experience if I can help others stop the suffering in the bathroom. No one should be in that kind of pain if it can be easily helped!
