The boyfriend wanted to try these to mix up the ab routine. Great idea! These are really well made, attractive - easy to integrate into a gym setup. We have them hanging from a wall mounted pull-up bar. Easy to slide them to the side, or adjust distance between them depending on who is using them, or if we are using the bar for something different. Nice, affordable product - expect them to last a long time!
