Bought 3x sets for installation in back patio, but only installed 2x (didn't need the 3rd set). First impression is just that they are bright - almost too bright. But the Edison Bulb looks good and gives off a clear light (not as warm as I'd expected, but not cool, so that's not really an issue). It has only been up for a few days and not weathered any major precipitation, so I'll withhold judgement on its durability. I did have one bulb that failed to light the 2nd time I turned them on, but it was just not torqued in properly. Also, the bulbs are LED, and they've got the flicker that occurs in all LED bulbs, but it's usually not noticeable. My only real recommendation is to also get a dimmer so that you can set the brightness appropriately. Update: I've had the lights up for over a year or so now, and have had no issues. All the bulbs still work properly, despite being exposed to rain, wind, snow, and ice. I did add a dimmer, which made a huge difference. I'm upgrading my 4 stars to 5!
