We've had this chair for about a week. I've used it several times and thought I should offer a review. Shipping: I ordered the chair on a Sunday, it was shipped on Monday and delivered Tuesday (San Diego to Las Vegas). My wife was home and in contact with the shipper. No issues. The delivery driver used a motorized forklift and put the packaged chair in our garage. No hassle at all. Unpacking and getting the chair in our home was absolutely a 2 person job. Pros: The chair gives you all the features you could possibly want in a massage chair. I just could not justify a $4K up to an $8K chair. This one, at a little over $1K, gives a very good massage. I prefer setting 2 (relaxation). The chair does a bodyscan and then begins the 30 minute massage. Inflation of the air bladders is excellent (shoulders, arms & hands, legs and feet). The roller has a long length and covers your entire back down to your tailbone. On the relaxation setting, it rolls and then pushes side to side. Feels good. The bottoms of your feet do come in contact with round balls that are pushed towards your foot's pressure points as the air bladder fills up. It's not really massaging your feet as much as pushing on the pressure points. It does include massaging your glutes plus a vibration & heat feature. Cons: (1) I added an extra pillow behind my head. Your preference may be different. (2) The recline function is preset. I would have greatly preferred to control the leg lift independently from the back recline so I could set the chair exactly the way I wanted. You do have the capability to control precisely how far back you want to go (up to the zero gravity position). I just would've liked to lift my legs to a different height relative to my back. (3) In my case, the leg air bladder is a bit too aggressive. But, I have not checked to see if I can alter air bladder pressure. (4) I wish, instead of balls on the bottom of my feet, there was a roller function. But, at this price point, I can't really complain. The chair does give you a great massage. When you consider the price, it's excellent.
