So, I got this to work with my Rosetta Stone software. But if I plug it into the headphone jack of my computer the software doesn't recognize the microphone. But if I plug it into the microphone jack I can't hear anything. Either way, it doesn't work with Rosetta Stone. Update. I received an email from the company the same day I had originally posted. They were very courteous and explained to me that some PCs require some type of connector adapter thing in order to work with this type of headphones. And even offered to send me one free of charge, which I received two days later. I finally got a chance to test it out a few minutes ago and it works great.
