(Please see updated review below!!!). Delivered on 9/20. Stopped working around 10/8. The machine runs but no longer collects anything in the water area-and yes-there is humidity in the room it is located in. Not happy. Already threw away box so I don’t think I can return. Worked great the first couple weeks, now not working at all. *******UPDATE******* 06/01/18-Wow. The company read their review I posted and sent me a brand new dehumidifier. Had to update to match this. Will stick with this company for future purchases. If a company cares this much about their reviews and customer feedback, then they’ve won a customer for life in me.
