Great Product, With arthritis in my hands the battery power grinding feature is a blessing! The only issue is the motor seems to be weak, I have to make the size fairly large to get them to work with both Himalayan Pink Salt and Black Peppercorn. Even then I have to shake them to get them to start dispensing and shake while dispensing. I bought Energizer Lithium batteries so they were fresh, and I filled them a little more than half full. Maybe it is in the grinding area, possibly needs some altering to allow the salt or pepper to fall into the area to be ground, might be to tight for them to be ground finer.
