I recently purchased a PLCM 7500 back up camera, it is easy to wire, camera connects to the vehicle backup light wire( red to your back up power wire when in reverse, the black to ground). i wired my monitor to a fuse, using the black (ground wire) and red wire (positive). The remaining wires were not used, like the green wire from the wire harness to the monitor. The wires on the camera to monitor, were also not used, this is the pigtail coming from the video wire. the rest was easy. The 17' of cable was too short for my truck so when I ordered the backup camera I also order a 25 foot RCA cable. This worked great on my long bed, 4 door chevy silverado. Great picture and view on the camera monitor.
