Out of the box mine leaked but there's an easy fix. It wasn't pulling any soap/water from the bottle (bottle instead was filling up with water) and was leaking from the top release valve. To solve this I removed the silver quick connect fitting and just behind it found a notched valve intake that was loose. Grab a screwdriver and tighten that baby up, screw fitting back on and you're good to go. I've seen countless other reviews complaining about this exact problem, so hopefully this helps. After the adjustment the foam cannon works like a charm.
