I love this watch! It's my first smart watch, and is very comfortable on my small wrists, and easy to use. I enjoy receiving text notifications when my phone is in the other room. I often work with my hands either in a kitchen or while working out in they gym ,and it's convenient to look at your watch instead of reaching for my phone with messy hands. I can wear it while I sleep. This is the first time I'm able to view my sleep cycle and track my deep and light sleep patterns. The app and smart watch are very easy to use. I didn't have any issues with the blue tooth set up or the information syncing. There is a guide book which is helpful and easy to use. The watch is extremely comfortable, sturdy and easy to wipe down. The watch has been through some grime and sweat through my kitchen work and through my gym workouts. The watch/app also tracks your heart rate, and I like to use it to make sure I'm hitting my target heart rate while I exercise. I'm very happy with this smart watch. I would highly recommend this product to my family and friends especially at this budget friendly price.
