UPDATED- After posting my one star review, Owner Joshua from Kapotas Designs LLC contacted himself almost immediately wanting to know what went wrong and how he could fix it. I honestly have no idea what went wrong other than it wouldn’t stick. Joshua gave refunded my money back then asked if I would be interested in trying his product again, I agreed to try it again because I had read all his other product reviews before purchasing the original cradle. We have had many emails back and forth, he truly cares about his products and customers opinions. I have received my new cradle and it works great! Again, I really have no clue what went wrong with the first cradle. But Joshua’s customer service and passion shined thru. Thank you Joshua for making it right. I really appreciate it.
